Whether you are a current client, provider, or partner, or new to ICAN IPA, this website is a resource for you. We look forward to bringing you the latest information from our organization and community about addressing social determinants of health.

On this site, we are especially excited to feature a directory of all of our providers, where you can see the diversity of current ICAN IPA provider network members that offer innovative and evidence-based services to children, youth, families, and adults across the region.
